Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of PeopleHire. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What PeopleHire is

PeopleHire is a niche job board for HR, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations roles. Job seekers may browse listings and apply directly with employers through the links or contact details each listing provides. Employers may pay to post job listings, which are reviewed before publication.

PeopleHire is a listings platform, not a party to any employment relationship, staffing arrangement, or interview process. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the outcome of any application, or that any position remains open — listings are provided by employers and reviewed for basic completeness, not independently verified in full.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Employers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit, including job details, company information, and contact details.

3. Employer listings

• Paid listings (Standard, Featured) run for 30 days from approval.
• The Agency plan is a recurring monthly subscription permitting unlimited listings while active.
• All listings are subject to admin review before publication and may be rejected, edited for basic formatting, or removed at our discretion — including after publication, if we determine a listing violates these Terms, applicable law, or is fraudulent, discriminatory, or misleading.
• The first-50-employer free listing promotion, where active, is limited to one claim per employer and is offered entirely at our discretion; we may modify or end it at any time without affecting listings already published.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited("Paddle"), our payment provider. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through PeopleHire — meaning Paddle, not PeopleHire, is the seller of record on your receipt and invoice, and Paddle handles payment processing and applicable sales tax/VAT. 5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post listings for roles that do not exist or that misrepresent the employer
• Post discriminatory, unlawful, or fraudulent content
• Scrape, systematically copy, or republish PeopleHire's listings or content without permission
• Attempt to circumvent the free-listing promotion's per-employer limit
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including its security or availability

6. Email subscribers

Job seekers may subscribe to free weekly job alert emails. See our Privacy Policy for how subscriber data is used, and unsubscribe any time via the link in each email.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing is accurate, current, or leads to a successful hire or application outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeopleHire is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including hiring decisions, application outcomes, or reliance on any listing. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid listing is limited to the amount you paid for that listing.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This is a general starting point for an individually-operated business serving customers internationally — if you have specific concerns about a dispute, consult a lawyer in your own jurisdiction as well.
